What will kids learn in this course?
In our Python coding for kids, students will learn the syntax, terminology, libraries, and basic programming concepts of Python, a widely used programming language. To improve their practical programming skills, they will create various games and apps using IDLE, an Integrated Development and Learning Environment.
How are our classes structured?
Our students will explore Python programming for kids by using Python’s turtle library to create drawings, learning file manipulation techniques, and developing algorithms for encrypting and decrypting messages. Students will gain hands-on experience and a deep understanding of Python by working on projects such as memory and shape games later in the course.

By the end of the course, students will:

- learn Python for kids to be able to create a range of games and applications
- understand essential topics such as variables, conditionals, loops, functions, modules, and imports, as well as file manipulation techniques
